Brakes tightened Stem/headset bolts loose. Test ride was good. Front axel bolts were loose. Issue found. The Apollo stem knock is present. It's a known issue with Apollo that over time the threads erode and this knocking sound occurs. There is no quick fix for it. You simply need to replace the stem. It's not immediately dangerous but it will get worse over time.
